A Walk Through Fall 🍂

Ah, fall is here! The leaves are falling, birds and squirrels are busy hiding food, and the mornings are getting cooler.

I love the changing seasons. Exploring nature every day brings me a sense of peace. No matter how many times I walk the same path, there is always something new to notice.

I’ve discovered that walking meditation works best for me. I’ve tried sitting quietly and meditating, but it has never quite clicked. Walking, observing, and being present with nature feels much more natural.

One of my favorite books is Walk in the Wood: Meditations on Mindfulness with a Bear Named Pooh.

Yes, it’s about Winnie-the-Pooh! But don’t let that fool you. It’s a lovely book for exploring mindfulness through walking and learning to appreciate the little things along the way.

Sometimes, all we need is a walk, a curious mind, and a little time to notice the world around us.
